The 3rd travis-build (android-19) could not be completed because the android-19 emulator failed to start, so maven canceled the build at the testing-stage. |

the previous commit did not prevent RuntimeExceptions during the call of deserializeData, which crashed our DefaultRequestRunner with a Gson-error (Failed to invoke public class XYZ with no args, Caused by: java.lang.InstantiationException: can't instantiate class). The 2nd commit catches those types of exceptions and still the code passes the class-verifier in dex2oat. |

Fixed Verify error reported by the class-verifier in dex2oat on Android 5.0 by removing unnecessary catch-clauses. See #387
